9 oz. cheese tortellini
medium black olives
3/4 cup Italian salad dressing
grape tomatoes
sliced pepperoni or salami
Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. In a large Ziplock bag, combine the tortellini, black olives and salad dressing. Seal and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Drain the marinade. Thread onto a wooden skewer, tortellini, black olives, tomatoes, and salami. Makes 30-40 appetizers.
