1 egg white
1 teaspoon water
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups English walnuts
In small bowl, beat one egg white until frothy. Add water and beat again until real frothy. Mix in sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add walnuts to the sugar mixture, coating well. Spread onto parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 250 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Allow to cool and serve. May store in container for several weeks.
