Mexican Pasta
1 box of pasta of your choice (whatever’s in the pantry) cooked per pkg instructions
1 can of fiesta nacho soup
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of diced tomatos
1 can of black beans (optional)
1 can of green chiles (optional)
1 can black olives (optional)
1 pound of hamburger, cooked (seasoned with taco seasonings optional)
1 container of cottage cheese
1-2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
Stir together, pour in a 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until heated through. Serve with a salad and/or tortilla chips. Reheats well.
